Job summary

LifeBridge Health is seeking a Web Specialist to maintain and enhance our patient-facing websites and internal tools. You will collaborate with marketing, IT, and design to deliver accessible, fast, and compliant web experiences across devices.

The role emphasizes CMS management, data-driven optimization, and close partnership with stakeholders to align digital initiatives with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Web Development, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional web design and development with a strong portfolio of responsive sites.
• Healthcare website experience or knowledge of HIPAA/ADA/WCAG compliance is a plus.
• Proficiency with front-end CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web analytics/SEO.
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Experience integrating digital tools (domains, plugins, third-party services).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update LifeBridge Health websites and digital properties.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information, design, develop, and measure digital experiences.
• Translate creative concepts into web implementations ensuring accessible, fast, and compliant sites.
• Work with designers/marketers to ensure seamless user experience across devices.
• Monitor analytics and optimize content/UX based on data and feedback.
• Assist IT/back-end teams to troubleshoot and improve website performance.
