Qualifications

• Current LPN and/or Health Unit licensure in MN.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Long-term care experience (preferred).

Pay Range: $34.00 - $39.00

Schedule: 10:00am-6:30pm or 11:00am-7:30pm M-F

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Provide direct, hands‑on care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Support residents’ physical and emotional well‑being by building meaningful connections and delivering compassionate, person‑centered care
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team to ensure timely and appropriate care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while following all care plans, safety protocols, and infection control standards

What You Bring (Requirements)

• Current LPN and/or Health Unit licensure in MN
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow care plans and resident orders
• Long‑term care experience (preferred)
