Job summary

Volunteers of America National Services' Rochester Rehab & Living Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time day and night shifts at our Rochester, MN location. This on-site role offers competitive pay and opportunities to grow within a mission-driven, supportive team.

Pay Range: $20.00-$24.00

Schedule: Day: 6:30am-6:30pm

What You Bring (Requirements)

• Current CNA licensure in MN
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Provide direct, hands‑on care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Support residents’ physical and emotional well‑being by building meaningful connections and delivering compassionate, person‑centered care
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team to ensure timely and appropriate care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while following all care plans, safety protocols, and infection‑control standards
