Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of clerical experience with strong English grammar and written communication.
• One year healthcare setting experience coordinating orders or patient care.
• Substitutions allowed: health unit coordinator certification or related degree may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical duties as part of the nursing team; coordinate physician orders and unit activities.
• Work with RPN VI and Charge Nurse to ensure orders are carried out accurately.
• Possess flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by hospital operations.
