CBI is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a range of services throughout Arizona, including residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services for individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.
The Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) is a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team in CBI Crisis, Inpatient and Transition Point programs. The BHC coordinates with Patient Care Technicians (PCT), Registered Nurses (RN), and Behavioral Health Medical Providers (BHMP) to ensure a safe environment and quality care for all presenting for services. The BHC completes behavioral health assessments and service plans for all individuals admitted to their assigned program, documents provided services, coordinates discharges from CBI programs, and facilitates coordination of care with family or other significant others.
