Job summary

  • Licensure with Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners preferred.

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI)

CBI is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a range of services throughout Arizona, including residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services for individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

Job Summary

The Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) is a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team in CBI Crisis, Inpatient and Transition Point programs. The BHC coordinates with Patient Care Technicians (PCT), Registered Nurses (RN), and Behavioral Health Medical Providers (BHMP) to ensure a safe environment and quality care for all presenting for services. The BHC completes behavioral health assessments and service plans for all individuals admitted to their assigned program, documents provided services, coordinates discharges from CBI programs, and facilitates coordination of care with family or other significant others.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of full‑time health‑care related work experience with adequate exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred.
  • Valid identification required.
  • Licensure at the associate or independent level with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners is preferred (Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Addiction Counselor).
