Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid-level to senior associate with 4-8 years of experience to join the Technology Transactions, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Practice Group in Salt Lake City, UT. The role focuses on technology transactions in health care and life sciences.

The candidate will draft, review, and negotiate technology agreements, advise on privacy and data security laws, and manage transactions with guidance from senior attorneys. Experience with AI-enabled health tech solutions is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in technology transactions.
• Excellent writing, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Active Bar membership and timely admission to the Bar where the hiring office is located.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial technology agreements.
• Advise on privacy and data security laws in health care.
• Manage transactions independently and collaborate with senior attorneys and clients.
• Provide guidance on health technology and AI matters.
