Job summary

Andor Health is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap and execution for a defined area within our health tech platform. You will translate customer needs into concrete product requirements and collaborate with engineering, design, clinical, and program management to deliver impactful solutions.

You will be the primary point of contact for your product area, accountable for adoption and customer satisfaction, while aligning with broader strategy guided by senior product leaders.

Qualifications

• Three to five (3–5) years of product management or equivalent experience.
• Experience in health tech, SaaS, or enterprise software preferred.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, backlog management, and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the feature-level strategy and roadmap for a defined product area.
• Gather and analyze customer insights, market trends, and data to inform priorities.
• Ensure initiatives ladder up to company and portfolio strategy, with guidance from Sr. PMs or Directors.
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Make trade-off decisions with engineering/design, escalating larger conflicts to senior product leaders.
• Conduct discovery interviews and validate problems/solutions with customers.
• Partner with sales and customer success to understand customer needs and adoption challenges.
• Incorporate customer feedback into product planning and execution.
• Act as the point person for your product area across engineering, design, clinical, and program management.
• Facilitate alignment in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery discussions.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to support product launches and enablement.
• May mentor interns or product analysts.
