Carrot is seeking a Lead, Product Management to shape and scale a core product area as the platform grows. You will own strategy, mentor others, and partner with senior leadership to advance initiatives that impact members and business outcomes.

This high-visibility role requires strong product judgment, clear communication, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment in a distributed, remote-first organization.

Formación

• 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-growing tech company, healthcare/digital health a plus.
• Proven track record owning cross-functional product initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Strong product sense balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for a key product area.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, UX, Clinical, Legal, and Commercial partners.
• Mentor other Product Managers and raise the bar on process, discovery, and craft.
