Job summary

Nitra seeks a VP of Product to drive a healthcare product from zero to scale, owning the product vision and roadmap across its AI-native platform. You will work with a distributed engineering and design team and set the standard for high-quality product development.

You will lead and develop a PM team, partner with founders and executives to align strategy with fundraising milestones, and ensure cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling a healthcare product from zero to scale.
• Deep health tech domain knowledge of clinics or health systems.
• Pre-Series C high-growth experience with few playbooks implemented.
• Proven track record building and developing product teams.
• Comfort coordinating with overseas engineering and design teams across time zones.
• Strong understanding of full product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap across Finance, Procurement, Patient Management, AI HR, and Marketplace.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers, setting high standards for thinking, execution, and customer focus.
• Collaborate with founders and executives to align product strategy with business priorities and fundraising milestones.
• Partner with distributed engineering and design teams, maintaining high output across time zones.
• Drive discovery and validation with healthcare customers to reflect real workflow needs.
• Define and own key product metrics such as activation, retention, NRR, and feature adoption.
• Set standards for shipping, sprint processes, PRDs, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Translate AI capabilities into clinically relevant, operationally sound features.
