Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing consulting role with healthcare payer and/or provider clients

Responsibilities

• Lead health system projects from planning through implementation and ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client stakeholders; facilitate meetings and gather requirements.
• Establish KPIs to measure system performance and report outcomes to clients and leadership.
• Support executive communications with data-driven insights and strong storytelling.
• Lead and mentor analysts to deliver high-quality system solutions and client satisfaction.
• Stay current on healthcare trends and regulatory changes and contribute to thought leadership.
