Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks a Health Provider Revenue Cycle Manager to lead transformations for large health systems, including patient access, mid-cycle and back-end operations. You will partner with CROs and operational leaders to drive measurable improvement and operate across complex engagement workstreams.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, embed AI and analytics, and help clients optimize contracts and reimbursement models while navigating regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of finance and management consulting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare provider Revenue Cycle experience.
• Minimum 2 years leading revenue cycle transformation engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Revenue Cycle engagements for complex health care providers across patient access, mid-cycle, and back-end operations.
• Reimagine revenue cycle operating models and lead workflow redesign, policy development, and KPI design.
• Identify value opportunities through rigorous analysis, business cases, and performance benchmarking.
• Develop implementation plans and lead cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes on time and within budget.
• Embed AI, automation, and analytics to surface revenue leakage and model scenarios using Tableau, Power BI, and Python.
• Advise on payer contracting strategy and value-based care transitions.
• Navigate HIPAA, CMS rules, price transparency, and prior authorization reform.
• Stand up or transition clients to managed services and EBOS models with governance.
• Support technology enablement across EHR and revenue cycle systems.
• Design and execute engagement communications and change management.
• Manage engagement risk, economics, deliverable quality, and client satisfaction.
