  • Actively seek clinical information from patient charts to support program enrollment and decision making.
  • Communicate with representatives of assistance programs, patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other stakeholders for ongoing program maintenance and new initiatives.

To assess potential qualification for Medication Assistance Programs and Foundations, the coordinator conducts thorough patient interviews, reviewing health and prescription insurance, financial status, and required documentation.
  • Actively seeking clinical information from patient charts is a key aspect of the coordinator's responsibilities.

Pay Range: $23.22 to $34.83 Based On Experience
