Job summary

Carroll Hospital Center, part of LifeBridge Health, is seeking a scheduling professional to ensure services are delivered in alignment with our mission and SPIRIT values in Westminster, MD.

You will schedule cases, document appointment details, verify demographics, confirm insurance plans, and perform ICD-10 compliance checks as part of the care coordination workflow.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related scheduling/clinical coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedules cases proficiently into the system using appropriate resources and policies.
• Documents appointment details to communicate case-specific information.
• Verifies demographics and attaches appointments to the correct category; selects the correct insurance plan and performs compliance checks, resolving ICD10 issues as needed.

Summary

Ensures that all services are delivered in accordance with the mission statement and SPIRIT values of Carroll Hospital Center.

• Schedules cases proficiently into the system utilizing appropriate resources and according to departmental policies.
• Documents appointment detail to communicate case specific information.
• Verifies demographic information and attaches appointments to the appropriate category; Selects correct insurance plan, performing compliance checks as indicated, resolving ICD10 code issues as needed.

Pay Range: $20.06 to $30.09 Based On Experience
