Job summary

Jefferson Health Plans is seeking a Supply Chain Health System Linen Director to provide enterprise leadership for linen strategy and operational performance across the health system. The role designs end-to-end linen workflows, partners with clinical and supply chain stakeholders, and leads system-wide performance management to drive continuous improvement and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare linen services, supply chain, or related operations.
• 10 years of prior leadership experience.
• Ability to lead enterprise-wide standardization and drive change in a matrixed healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare linen workflows, infection prevention, and regulatory readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise linen strategy, standards, and governance for reliable services.
• Develop standardized workflows for linen handling, storage, and replenishment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive best practices and accountability.
• Develop linen site leaders through coaching, goal setting, and succession planning.
• Partner with Strategic Sourcing to support contract strategy and supplier performance.
• Direct performance management activities including PAR validation and loss prevention.
