Job summary

Aon in Chicago invites recent graduates to join the Early Careers Launch Development Program in Health Solutions. You will gain hands-on experience across Health & Benefits, with on-the-job learning and mentorship to design smarter, personalized benefit programs.

You will analyze data, translate insights into client-ready recommendations, develop advisory skills, and build relationships with clients and colleagues while supporting cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• College Seniors graduating between Spring 2026 to Spring 2027 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (now or in the future)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present clearly

Responsibilities

• Build hands-on experience while understanding how data, healthcare costs and client strategy come together to create value.
• Develop insights using data, analytics and research to support benefit strategies.
• Create reports, presentations and visuals for client-ready delivery.
• Help coordinate projects across Health and Benefits, Global Benefits and Executive Benefits teams.
