Responsibilities

Build hands-on experience while learning how employee needs, healthcare costs, data and client strategy come together to create value.
Use data, analytics and research to address challenges such as rising healthcare costs and changing employee expectations.
Create reports, presentations and visuals that explain findings in a client-ready way.
Coordinate projects across Health and Benefits, Global Benefits, Executive Benefits, analytics, operations and other teams.
