Mary's Place seeks a Health Services Program Manager responsible for managing health services for families experiencing homelessness. The Health Services Program Manager is an experienced mental health professional responsible for implementing and overseeing health-related services for families experiencing homelessness at Mary's Place. This role manages day-to-day health services across all Mary’s Place sites, including direct guest support, onsite health events, communication with medical systems, partnerships with external community providers, and program volunteers. The manager ensures guests access healthcare resources in the community, such as clinical health, mental health/behavioral health, and specialty care. Collaboration with the Volunteer Services team is essential to identify volunteer support opportunities.
The manager actively engages in Mary's Place racial equity work—striving for equitable outcomes and fostering communities for people of color, immigrants and refugees, trans and gender-non-conforming people, and other marginalized populations.
This full-time, non-exempt position reports to the Director of Supportive Services and supervises the Health Services team, including Care Coordinators and Behavioral Health Specialists. Flexibility to work some weekends, evenings, and holidays is required. The role involves working at multiple sites around King County, including Downtown Seattle and Bellevue. The annual salary range is $88,000/Yr., DOE.
