Job Summary

Responsible for leading medium-to-smaller and/or less complex programs using solid program management skills. Determines own work priorities and acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues.

Core Responsibilities

• Understand program scope as defined by business requirements and budget, participate in planning milestones, and guide the core program team from initiation to completion.
• Identify and obtain participation from cross-functional team members, including matrixed project managers, with guidance from senior staff.
• Create and maintain program plans and records, identify and schedule all work required, and manage critical paths.
• Develop and implement key goals, objectives, and success criteria; ensure proper documentation.
• Support budget and resource forecasting.
• Identify and analyze risks and issues.
• Track and manage the program schedule, analyze performance, and adjust as needed to meet milestones and timelines. Document major changes.
• Communicate updates and progress to stakeholders; manage proposed changes following proper processes.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of deliverables; develop deployment schedules and strategies for field implementation.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
• Attend work punctually, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
