Job summary

MAXIMUS is recruiting a Health Promotion Lead to manage a portfolio of contracts in the West Midlands. You will drive performance, quality and governance, lead multi-disciplinary teams and build strong partnerships with local authorities, providers and commissioners.

The role focuses on strategy delivery, data reporting and continuous service improvement, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, risk management and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Health Promotion/Public Health/Health & Social Policy, Social Sciences or Community Development.
• At least 3 years in health or social care post with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to deliver programmes aligned with contracts and SLAs.
• Experience in financial management and budgeting for services.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with commissioners, authorities and partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage, lead and deliver performance, quality, compliance and financial targets across health contracts.
• Establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
• Embed Quality/Process and Procedures with tested pathways and governance.
• Recruit and develop multi-disciplinary teams, support PDPs and annual appraisals.
• Clinical governance / audit support and evidence generation for service improvements.
