The role requires managing a health-focused team across the physician's dispensary and health initiatives in a hybrid Cary, NC setting. The base is complemented by a target hourly rate of $28-$30 and a 5% bonus, plus potential annual bonuses or long-term incentives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience in health leadership roles.
• Experience leading a team of healthcare professionals.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health regulations, HIPAA, and related laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement health/pharmacy job-aids.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of health professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to administratively process prescriptions.
• Monitor and analyze health services data to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, company policies, and best practices.
• Manage relationships with external healthcare providers, vendors, and insurance carriers.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding health-related inquiries and concerns.
