Job summary

Special Service for Groups, Inc. seeks a Health Services Administrator to oversee reporting for harm reduction, homeless treatment, and SAPC initiatives. You will pull data, build dashboards, support billing, and ensure program compliance under the Associate Director of Health and Engagement.

The role requires managing SAPC incentive tracking, developing billing infrastructure for CalAims contracts, and preparing funder reports. Evening/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Services or related field is required with 2 years of relevant homeless services experience or 5 years in social services.
• Masters degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and database programs.
• Knowledge of ArcGIS and/or Tableau is preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and communicate effectively.
• Background clearance and TB test as required.

Responsibilities

• Pull reports daily from Sage PCNX to track program data and compliance.
• Create dashboards and weekly reports for harms reduction and SAPC programs.
• Project manage incentive activities and tracking for SAPC-funded programs.
• Invoice SAPC incentives and track related metrics.
• Back up SAPC billing activities as needed.
• Develop and maintain data tracking mechanisms.
• Support billing activities and report on program revenue.
• Attend required meetings and trainings.
