Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2 years homeless services experience or 5 years in social services.
• Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and databases; ArcGIS/Tableau knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Pull daily reports from Sage PCNX to track program data and compliance.
• Create and maintain dashboards and weekly reports for harm reduction and SAPC programs.
• Invoice SAPC incentives and track related metrics.
• Support billing activities and prepare funder reports.
• Assist in training staff and partner with project teams.
