Job summary

Senior Star at Dublin Retirement Village in Dublin, OH, seeks a Health Services Coordinator who is organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting residents and associates in our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods.

You will champion care, maintain clinical documentation, collaborate with the Health Services Director, care teams, residents, and families, and coach staff to uphold Top in Class care standards. Typical schedule is weekday hours with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPN license required.
• Clinical experience in assisted living or memory care preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and passion for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Champion Exceptional Care by supporting resident assessments, service plans, and clinical follow-up.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, complete audits, and support regulatory compliance.

What You Bring

• Current, active Ohio LPN license required.

• Clinical experience preferred, ideally in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or senior living.

• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.

Schedule: Typically Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM. Participation in the rotating on-call schedule is required, along with flexibility to support community needs.
