Legend Senior Living seeks a Health Care Director Specialist to support regional nursing operations and ensure residents receive excellent care. The role requires current RN/LPN/LVN licensure, supervisory experience, and willingness to travel between locations within the region.

You will monitor medication management, perform resident assessments, provide onsite medical care, and coordinate with families and staff to address evolving health needs while upholding infection control standards and

Qualificações

• Current nursing license in the state of practice.
• Experience in supervision including management and coaching.
• Ability to travel regionally; some overnight stays may be needed.
• Experience as RN or LPN/LVN is required.
• Read, speak, and write English clearly.
• Preferred: prior experience supervising direct care staff.

Health Care Director Specialist We are looking for an outstanding individual to support a region's nursing operations, depending on staffing and coverage needs. As a Health Care Director Specialist, you will make a difference in the lives of residents by ensuring they receive excellent care.

Requirements

• Required: Current nursing license in the state and has
• Required: Previous supervisory experience which includes management, coaching and health care services.
• Required: The ability to travel to different locations in a region, some to require overnight stays depending on where the associate resides
• Required: prior experience as a RN or LPN/LVN
• Required: Require ability to read, speak, and write English clearly
• Prefered: prior experience in supervising direct care staff
