Legend Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to join our Colorado team. You will support clinical services, medication management, service planning and supervising the nursing staff to ensure residents receive excellent direct care.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, covering on-call shifts, coordinating care plans, and communicating with families. State medication passing certification and CPR are required, with prior experience preferred.

• Prefer: at least 1 year of experience passing medications.
• Prefer: supervising direct care staff in a senior living environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervising and training the nursing staff to ensure quality of care.
• Providing resident care during staffing needs, including on-call rotation.
• Completing daily shift reports and communicating changes to staff.
• Verifying medication, treatments and orders with proper documentation.
• Participating in resident assessments and service planning; coordinating with ancillary care services.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

We are looking for an outstanding individual to join the nursing team as a Resident Care Coordinator. You will support clinical services such as resident medication management, service planning and supervising the nursing staff. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by ensuring they receive excellent direct care.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and training the nursing staff to ensure quality of care
• Providing resident care when there are staffing needs, including on-call rotation
• Completing the daily shift report and communicating changes or concerns to the appropriate staff
• Verifying the proper distribution and required documentation of medication, treatments and orders
• Participating in regular resident assessments and service planning, and following up with ancillary health care services as needed
• Assisting with the move-in and move-out process including tours, orientation and family communication
• Acting as the lead supervisor in the Director's absence

Requirements

• Required: State certification to pass medications
• Required: Current CPR certification

• Prefer: previous experience supervising direct care staff, preferably in a senior living environment
