Qualifications

• Higher education experience preferred.
• Database experience.
• Detail oriented, timely, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and updates student records to ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
• Enters and maintains academic records/grades, transcript and credit information; notifies enrollment staff.
• Registers students for courses and handles enrollment changes and schedules.
• Prepares and distributes semester grade reports, transcripts, and enrollment verifications.
• Acts as liaison with college vendors for transcript review and transfer credits.
• Researches and resolves registration, curriculum plan, and transcript issues; communicates status to customers.
• Collaborates on strategies to improve registrar and enrollment operations and procedures.
