Tarrant County College is seeking a Coordinator for Health Sciences at the Trinity River Campus to provide advanced coordination and operational support for assigned health science programs. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote program objectives, institutional priorities, and student success.

The role requires strong organizational skills, stellar customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years’ working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating health science programs or related operations is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees day-to-day administrative and operational activities for assigned health science programs, including scheduling and deadlines.
• Provides faculty support and manages student communications.
• Facilitates admissions and application processes, tracks requirements, and supports enrollment and retention.
• Coordinates clinical and experiential learning activities, student placements, and communications with partners.
• Plans orientations and program events, including related materials and logistics.
• Maintains program resources (lab materials, equipment, supplies) for program needs.
• Monitors program requirements and data, identifies trends, and works with faculty and staff to address needs.
• Serves as a resource to students, faculty, staff, and external partners, guiding program processes.
