Job summary

You will develop high-quality proposals, statements of qualifications, and pursuit materials, leveraging Deltek Vantagepoint and Adobe InDesign while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Travel may be required to support client engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proposal experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry.
• Experience managing the full proposal lifecycle, from kickoff through final submission.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with both technical and marketing teams.
• Willingness to travel periodically.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full proposal lifecycle, from kickoff through final submission.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent pursuits, ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables.
• Write, edit, and develop proposals, statements of qualifications, and other client-facing materials.
• Collaborate with the Health/Science Marketing Director, Principal-in-Charge, and pursuit teams on messaging and win strategies.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, persuasive content; manage pursuit data and libraries.
