Job summary

Treanor, Inc. is seeking a Health/Science Proposal Manager to lead the full proposal lifecycle, partner with designers, technical experts, and marketing professionals, and develop on-brand materials that reflect our client needs and firm culture.

You will coordinate multiple pursuits, write and edit compelling content, translate complex information, and drive strategy with the Health/Science Marketing Director, contributing to firm growth and knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proposal experience and the A/E/C industry knowledge
• Experience managing full proposal lifecycle from kickoff to submission
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling with attention to detail
• Ability to work with technical and marketing teams
• Proven multi-priority management in deadline-driven environments
• Curiosity and strategic thinking in pursuit strategy and positioning
• Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint and OpenAsset preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, business, or related field
• Willingness to travel periodically

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full proposal lifecycle from kickoff through final submission
• Coordinate multiple concurrent pursuits ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables
• Write, edit, and develop proposals, statements of qualifications, and client-facing materials
• Collaborate with Health/Science Marketing Director and teams to shape messaging and win strategies
• Facilitate kickoff meetings and manage schedules and assignments
• Support interview preparation with content development and coordination
• Translate complex technical information into clear, persuasive content
• Maintain proposal content libraries and collaborate with designers on visuals
• Capture pursuit data to support future efforts and firm knowledge
