You will own the proposal process, coordinate with the Health/Science Marketing Director and Principal-in-Charge, and deliver on-brand, high-quality materials. This hybrid role supports growth within Treanor's firmwide marketing team.

• Build high-quality, compelling materials from pre-positioning insights to support Treanor’s selection.

In this role, you'll partner closely with designers, technical experts, and marketing professionals to shape pursuit strategies and develop proposals that reflect both our expertise and our culture. This role offers an opportunity to deepen your expertise in pursuit strategy and grow as part of Treanor's firmwide marketing team.

Position Description

Lead the Health/Science proposal process, including quality control and development of on-brand deliverables, such as proposals, statements of qualifications, and other pursuit-related materials. The Health/Science Proposal Manager owns the proposal process, working in partnership with the Health/Science Marketing Director and Principal-in-Charge and with support from Marketing Coordinators. Building on insights gathered through pre-positioning, the Proposal Manager develops high-quality, compelling proposals and pursuit materials that demonstrate an understanding of client needs and strategically position Treanor for selection. This position reports to the Health/Science Marketing Director.

Treanor offers a hybrid work model, with employees working in the office 3 days a week and allowing the flexibility to work somewhere other than the office 2 days a week.

A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, degree, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The anticipated salary range for candidates meeting the stated requirements is $70,000 - 90,000 and will vary by the states we operate in.
