Position Overview:

We are seeking applications for the position of Online/Remote Adjunct Faculty Member for Biology and Microbiology at the Lonas campus in Knoxville, TN. The successful candidate will provide instruction for Biology and Microbiology on a quarter-by-quarter basis.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of an acceptable doctoral or master’s degree in the discipline, with satisfactory completion of 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline.
2. Excellence in postsecondary teaching is preferred.
3. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas, Blackboard, D2L, etc.
4. Local candidates only.
