Job summary

MP Materials is seeking a Health & Safety Specialist to support OSHA compliance, hazard recognition, and safety training across site operations. You will assist in emergency response planning, investigations, and developing corrective actions to protect workers.

The role emphasizes site inspections, contractor safety alignment, and training delivery to multiple shifts under the EHS Manager supervision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of health and safety experience in a related role.
• OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification completed.
• Certified First Aid/CPR/AED Trainer.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, assess, and resolve health and safety issues in the work environment.
• Identify and evaluate chemical and biological hazards and ensure proper controls.
• Complete routine site inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and update safety procedures and training across shifts.
• Lead investigations of accidents and incidents with corrective actions.
