Job summary

Clean Harbors in El Dorado, AR is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to lead safety programs for site operations. You will guide management and personnel in implementing H&S programs, audits, inspections, and incident investigations to promote continuous safety improvement.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in Health & Safety, PSM and MOC experience, and certification as an IH or Safety Professional or the ability to obtain. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial Hygiene or safety-related field, or applicable experience with certifications in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of Health & Safety experience required.
• PSM and MOC experience is required.
• Certification as IH or Safety Professional, or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead health and safety programs and audits across site operations.
• Develop and review safety plans and training; conduct on-site audits and inspections.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate incident investigations.
• Interface with regulatory agencies and document compliance.
• Provide technical support for hazard assessment and program development.
