Zusammenfassung

Langan is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to join our California team. You will review H&S policies, develop training programs, and manage safety plans while partnering across functions to enhance our health and safety program and client services.

The role requires 10+ years in H&S, relevant certifications, and strong communication skills. You will travel to sites as needed and contribute to a proactive safety culture within the firm and for clients.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in safety or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of H&S experience.
• Certifications in HAZWOPER, Site Supervisor, or 10 Hour Construction Safety and Health preferred.
• Experience training employees on H&S policies and regulations.

Aufgaben

• Review and develop H&S policies and procedures.
• Conduct job site safety inspections and incident investigations.
• Manage drug and alcohol testing program.
• Develop and deliver H&S training programs.
• Maintain corporate training records and support client health and safety programs.
