ENERCON is hiring a dedicated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Advisor to play a key role within our team. Reporting to the HSE Director, you will be responsible for supporting internal teams in the application of health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations while ensuring the adoption of industry best practices in the wind energy sector.
Your strategic role will involve promoting a proactive safety culture and driving continuous improvement through the implementation of programs, policies, and prevention initiatives on project sites. You will work closely with field teams to ensure compliance and reinforce safety practices.
The selected candidate will join a professional, dedicated, and multidisciplinary team, providing internal clients with expert guidance on occupational health and safety. This role requires up to 50% travel across Canada.
