Lassonde Pappas & Co. is seeking a Health and Safety Coordinator for our Springdale, AR facility. You will coordinate onboarding, training, and safety programs to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and internal Lassonde standards.

The role requires creating training content, updating the LMS, and leading safety initiatives. Weekly shift is 6:00am–3:00pm, with emphasis on preventing hazards and improving site safety metrics.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in Health and Safety preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in health and safety programs in manufacturing.
• Must be able to train and communicate effectively.
• MS Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate onboarding and training of new employees and temporary staff.
• Identify and control hazardous workplace conditions.
• Coordinate removal of physical, biological, and chemical hazards.
• Train employees on safety policies and government regulations.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state health and safety regulations and Lassonde standards.
• Lead and facilitate safety training programs and certifications.
• Develop and report on KPIs and safety metrics.
• Maintain training materials and update LMS (Alchemy) regularly.
