Job summary

Kinetik in Texas seeks an experienced Health and Safety professional to develop and oversee HSE programs, ensuring compliance with all laws and fostering a safe workforce. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OH&S or related field with 3+ years in oil and gas safety.
• Knowledge of federal and state health and safety rules/regulations.
• Detailed knowledge of HAZCOM, HAZWOPER, PPE, LOTO and related standards.
• Ability to utilize database systems to track items, documents and audits.
• Ability to analyze statistical data and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain health and safety compliance programs.
• Maintain Health and Safety policies and procedures manual; educate employees.
• Ensure staff training via LMS; maintain training matrix.
• Conduct health and safety assessments and audits; document actions in Frontline.
• Provide technical assistance on safety compliance matters.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis and reporting.
• Keep records of incidents, training and KPI data.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
