Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Director for its Healthcare Industry Group in the United States. You will lead engagements focused on revenue cycle optimization, financial and operational improvements, and client leadership at the C-Suite level.

Qualifications

Minimum of ten (10) years in healthcare, consulting, or healthcare-focused roles including revenue cycle, hospital operations, or PE-backed settings.
MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, or related healthcare field preferred.
Experience with revenue cycle issues, government payors, and obtaining performance improvements.
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word; experience with Tableau, SQL, SPSS, MGMA data preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish and manage trusted client relationships with stakeholders at C-level and boards.
Lead and coordinate interviews, data gathering, and development of goals and deadlines.
Build, review, and present financial and operational models to support decisions.
Design and implement measurable solutions spanning healthcare operations and finance.
Guide crisis management and align with other service lines to drive value.
Own project plans, scope, and delivery with coaching for junior staff.
Develop KPIs and dashboards to quantify performance improvements.
Lead engagement proposals and contribute to business development.
