Carle Health is seeking a Health Records Coordinator to support the Office of Records and Registration. The role focuses on maintaining student health records, databases, and compliance reporting for MC faculty, staff, students, and clinical personnel.
You will provide regular compliance reports, manage Viewpoint and Castle Branch systems, collaborate with academic affairs and operations, and ensure FERPA, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements are met.
As a member of the Office of Records and Registration team, the Health Records Coordinator will facilitate the maintenance and compliance of student health records, the student health records database(s), and any/all reports related to health records keeping. This person will act as a resource in health records compliance to Methodist College faculty, staff, and students, as well as Carle Health student clinical personnel, as well as be an integral part of the Office of Records and Registration team.

The compensation range for this position is $21.87per hour - $36.52per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
