Job summary

USA Health is seeking a skilled professional to lead Performance Improvement initiatives with a focus on health equity and patient family engagement. You will apply PI methodologies to drive data-driven improvements across departments and report results to leadership.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrators to design intercultural strategies, develop metrics, and advance DEI programs aligned with the organization's strategic plan.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a health-related field with clinical/analytic experience.
• Experience leading performance improvement initiatives in healthcare.
• Familiarity with LEAN, Six Sigma, and PI methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforces compliance requirements and ethical standards across projects.
• Manages data collection, analysis, and reporting for PI initiatives.
• Leads multidisciplinary teams to design and implement improvement efforts.
• Develops and communicates metrics to measure DEI and quality outcomes.
• Collaborates with leadership to align DEI and health equity strategies with the organizational plan.
