Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in clinical program management, health plan operations, provider relations, healthcare administration, or health plan strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate program performance and develop recommendations that support organizational objectives.
• Experience managing vendor, provider, hospital, or strategic partner relations, including performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to program professionals and staff to support successful program execution and continuous improvement.
• Supervise staff, coach, and manage performance while monitoring day-to-day operations.
• Manage strategic relationships with clinical partners and provider organizations.
