Job summary

32BJ Benefit Funds seeks a Manager, Health Operations to lead health plan administration and customer service for our 200,000+ participants. You will oversee vendor relationships, drive process improvements, and align operations with strategic goals.

You will partner with leadership to enhance service delivery, analyze claims and operational data, and ensure accurate plan design and benefits communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in health benefits administration or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to Health Fund staff and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional workgroups and drive accountability for initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level summaries and present findings to leadership.
• Oversee vendor relationships and monitor performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain health fund portal and CRM processes.
