Job summary

Elevance Health, Inc. is seeking a Health Program Representative I to manage member onboarding and engagement for Care Management programs. This remote role supports virtual training sessions and may have occasional in-person requirements within commuting distance.

Responsibilities include handling calls, collecting member information, explaining program features, and directing inquiries to clinical staff. Candidates should have at least 6 months in telesales or customer service and HS diploma.

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a telesales or customer service role or an equivalent background.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound enrollment and engagement calls.
• Explain program features and benefits to eligible members.
• Record call details and follow scripts as needed.
• Direct inquiries to clinical staff and initiate referrals.
• Gather information from hospitals, physicians, and other sources.
• Multitask across calls, texts, and queues while taking notes.
