Job summary

The University of Vermont is seeking an Univ Ops Administration OC2 N to provide administrative support for the Vermont Child Health Improvement Program (VCHIP). This role includes scheduling, data management, minutes, and coordination of outreach and educational activities, with emphasis on confidentiality and ethical human subject research.

• Associate’s degree in related field and 2–3 years of related experience required.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to work with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for VCHIP, including project scheduling and data management.
• Track project performance (trainings, participant feedback) and maintain minutes.
• Order and maintain training supplies, process expenses, and manage data tracking database.
• Coordinate outreach and educational activities around project conferences and training.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and uphold confidentiality and ethics in human subjects research.
