Job summary

Seneca Nation Health System is seeking a Health Services Program Administrator to coordinate health planning, program development and organizational planning. You will manage annual work statements, needs assessments, grant development, data tracking and reporting to support SNHS goals.

The role collaborates with SNHS leadership and external partners to advance program initiatives, prioritize resources, and ensure quality patient care across departments.

Qualifications

• Understand project management and implementation.
• Ability to assess data reflecting patient status and interpret information for patient needs.
• Must be computer literate and have knowledge of desktop publishing.
• Excellent communication skills both orally and written.

Responsibilities

• Review legislative actions impacting IHS, Medicaid, Medicare, contracts and resources.
• Prepare annual program-wide contract proposal and SNHS annual report.
• Identify, develop, prepare, and submit grant proposals and funding opportunities.
• Conduct community and organizational needs assessments to identify health priorities and gaps.
• Develop draft resolutions and program goals; coordinate annual objectives.
• Oversee a monitoring system to measure program progress and activity.
• Ensure timely reports and compile statistics for resource allocation and priorities.
• Prepare responses to reports from funding agencies and revise plans as needed.
• Support distribution of public information and SNHS materials to the Seneca Nation.
• Prepare informational presentations and provide AV support for events.
• Promote teamwork to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Participate in mandatory staff meetings and trainings.
