Job summary

Seneca Nation Health System seeks a Health Program Analyst to coordinate health planning, program development, and organizational planning activities. Responsibilities include annual work statements, needs assessments, grant development, data tracking, and reporting.

You will work with SNHS leadership and external partners to advance priorities, monitor progress, and support data collection to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with two years' experience preferred.
• Equivalent combo of education, training and experience may be considered.
• Valid NYS driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate health planning and program development efforts.
• Assist with annual work statements, needs assessments, and grant development.
• Compile data and prepare organizational reports.
• Collaborate with SNHS leadership and external partners.
• Support preparation of IHS contract proposals and scopes of work.
• Monitor program performance and ensure reporting compliance.
• Contribute to public information materials and presentations.
• Promote quality patient care through teamwork and training.
