Health Research, Inc. is seeking a Senior Health Program Coordinator to join the Office of Health Equity and Human Rights in Albany, NY.

The role focuses on coordinating contracts, liaising with Tribal Nations and other prioritized populations, and monitoring program outcomes to ensure compliance and quality improvements. The ideal candidate will have a public health background with strong technical writing skills and experience managing contractual relationships with service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of program coordination experience OR an Associate's degree with four years of such experience; Master’s may substitute for one year.
• Experience coordinating contracts and monitoring contract deliverables.
• Experience with working with Tribal Nations, Native and Indigenous Populations is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and monitor Office of Health Equity and Human Rights contracts.
• Serve as liaison to contractors serving Tribal Nations and other prioritized populations.
• Maintain communications with contractors on program requirements and outcomes.
• Assess provider performance and contribute to monitoring and quality improvement activities.
• Prepare budgets, modify contractor budgets, and process invoices.
