Job summary

Econometrica, Inc. is seeking a Principal to lead our Health group from Bethesda, MD or remotely. You will mentor staff, drive proposals, and grow the business with CDC, CMS, and other health agencies. A PhD/DrPH or equivalent, and experience in consulting with BD is highly preferred.

You will manage complex projects, supervise teams, and ensure on-time delivery while coordinating with Legal, Finance and contracting teams. Strong communication is essential for client relations.

Qualifications

• PhD/DrPH or equivalent; strong health research background.
• Experience with CDC and CMS to lead capture and proposals.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar contracts and teams.
• Consulting experience and business development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor health group staff and projects.
• Lead and support development and execution of proposals.
• Oversee project delivery, budgets, timelines, and quality.
• Maintain project tools: MS Project, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira.
• Communicate risks and actions to clients and leadership.
