TEKsystems is seeking a Health Plan Specialist in Tulsa, OK for a contract role. You will provide 100% inbound telephonic support, handling complex benefits, billing, and enrollment questions during Open Enrollment.

Expect 50–70 calls daily at peak periods and maintain thorough documentation to ensure timely resolutions. Work is remote with the opportunity to support members across plans, while adhering to high standards of customer service and accuracy.

Job description

• The Health Plan Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting members with complex questions about benefits, billing, and enrollment.
• 100% inbound (telephonic) customer service. The Health Plan Specialist will take approximately 50-70 calls per day during the peak Open Enrollment season.
• They will provide end-to-end resolution of all issues by maintaining ownership and retaining all documentation to ensure complete, accurate, and timely resolution.
• Treat customers with respect and courtesy and always act with the customer in mind
• Work efficiently by utilizing online tools and resources
• Resolve customer issues with a high degree of accuracy and timely follow-up
• Assist members in complex situations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Tulsa, OK.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
