Job summary

Habitat Health in the United States is seeking a Health Plan Project Manager to lead cross‑functional healthcare initiatives, manage enrollment, authorizations, claims, pharmacy and network performance, and maintain end‑to‑end project plans aligned with regulatory and organizational goals.

You will develop schedules, partner with SME teams, document processes, coordinate meetings, track outcomes against metrics, and escalate barriers to Health Plan leadership when needed.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in project management techniques in healthcare
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Navigate multiple external systems including Medicare/Medicaid; strong MS Office/SharePoint/Smartsheet skills

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional healthcare projects and operational process improvements for Health Plan
• Manage end-to-end work plans: enrollment, authorizations, claims, pharmacy, and network performance
• Develop schedules, milestones, and resource estimates; collaborate with SMEs to document processes and design improvements
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings; track outcomes against operational metrics (timeliness, accuracy, compliance)
• Escalate barriers to Health Plan leadership and ensure timely completion of open items
• Own Health Plan regulatory processes and filings with strict adherence to deadlines
• Maintain a master regulatory calendar and flag upcoming response windows
• Support go-live readiness for new center openings and related readiness activities
